Week at SoA
- Intended for our internal audience here at the School, “Week at SoA” is a weekly email for students, faculty, and staff published during the academic year, listing MFA crit schedules, visiting artist lectures, School of Art events as well as public and university events in New Haven.
- The mailing list for “Week at SoA” is recreated each fall to be sent to the School’s current faculty, students, and staff for the upcoming academic year. Current MFA students, full-semester faculty members, and staff members, you are automatically subscribed to this list with your yale.edu email address at the beginning of each semester.
- If you are not part of these groups you will need to re-enroll in this list each September.

YouTube
Select clips and segments of recorded lectures and events are made available on the Yale School of Art’s YouTube channel in collaboration with each guest. All public videos are accessible on YouTube at yaleart.org/youtube.
Archives
The Communications Office maintains the archives of lectures and exhibitions at the School of Art. Exhibitions archives begin in 2015 with the formation of the Communications Office and lecture archives were initiated in response to the shift to remote learning during the Spring 2020 semester.
Internal recordings of lectures (with recording at the discretion of each guest) are made available to School of Art students, faculty, and staff via internal, non-downloadable, password-protected Dropbox folders.
Researchers and alums of the MFA program can reach out to Assistant Director Lindsey Mancini with any archive-related questions.
Open Studios
Every April, the Communications Office hosts the School of Art's annual graduate open studios, with work presented from the departments of Graphic Design, Painting and Printmaking, Photography, and Sculpture.
