Alumni of the School of Art have access to general Yale University alumni resources. Some of those resources are listed below. A complete list can be found at alumni.yale.edu.
The Yale Alumni Association provides every alumni a free GSuite email account through the YaleMail service. These accounts offer alumni a life-long @aya.yale.edu email address with the same functionality of a student EliApps account, including 5GB of Drive storage.
You can use your YaleMail @aya.yale.edu account however you like: store all of the email and files from your student EliApps account, link to other Gmail accounts, auto-forward to another email address, or use it as a standalone account.

Recent graduates (up to one year after graduation) can order transcripts through Yale Hub, beginning at least 48 hours after commencement.
Alumni and former students who attended the School of Art more than one year ago can order their transcript directly from the Parchment website using their personal email.
If your diploma has been lost or damaged, a replacement diploma may be requested through the University Registrar's Office.
Certified Electronic Diplomas and Certificates, as well as diploma translation from Latin, are also available through the University Registrar's Office.

The School of Art verifies the enrollment and degrees for MFA School of Art alums. We only provide education verifications to employers, other educational institutions, or related third parties. Student information is protected under FERPA.
A consent form signed by the alumnus is preferred. If the identity of the requestor is questioned, we will require a signed release. Employers or third parties can submit a verification request by contacting the School of Art Registrar directly at [email protected].
All Yale graduates (and spouses) may access Yale Library collections with a range of free and paid options. To set up your account, call (203) 432-1775, or visit the Sterling Memorial Library Service Desk.

School of Art alums can also register through the Alumni Association for free access to JSTOR and HeinOnline.
Access to Yale Library e-resources is contractually limited to current faculty, staff, and students of Yale and its immediately affiliated institutions. Alumni and other visitors may access e-resources on site using a limited number of public computers in the Sterling nave. Call (203) 432-1775, or visit the Sterling Memorial Library Service Desk. (Check Service Desk hours before coming in; they are not always the same as general building hours.)
The Yale Alumni Association is pleased to provide all alumni, postdocs, and students exclusive access to the Yale Alumni Mentorship Program on Cross Campus, an easy-to-use online platform designed to cultivate dialogues between mentors and mentees.
Alumni can mentor other alumni and/or current students and are also able to be mentored by other alumni.
To sign up, join or log in to Cross Campus and then click on the Mentorship tab. Choose which particular program you would like to participate in and click “Join.” Sign-ups happen on a rolling basis and matches are made twice a year, at the start of the fall and spring semesters.
