Yale University School of Art: Gd Printing

GRAPHIC DESIGN PLOTTERS

Here is a link to the HP Designjet UV 5000ps plotter (AKA Grover) in Graphic Design.

1) Install the driver.

2) Go to System Preferences / Print & Fax and add a printer

3) In the Add Printer pop up box choose for Protocol: Line Printer Daemon / Address: 130.132.75.160 / Name: Grover and Location: Graphic Design Loft.

4) Select the printer software that you installed

5) Reboot

(The two other plotters that are in the Graphic Design computer lab are directly connected to computers in the lab and must be printed to from the lab.)
