ART 122 MOLD MAKING AND CASTING

SCULPTURE, Art 122a, Mold Making and Casting
HH B-08 T 3.30-7.20pm

This course offers instruction in the practical aspects of mold making and casting in a variety of materials and techniques. Inquiry into the ways in which casting has been used in sculpture is included. Methods include waste molds, plaster piece molds, body casts, and rubber molds. Casting materials such as wax, concrete, and plastics are used. Materials fee: $75. Jon Conner.
